Instrument Control Panels

Amis Engineers specialises in manufacturing of various types of instrument control panels used for steam turbines, gas turbines and various other applications in power plants, fertilizer plants as well as various other industries. These panels are fabricated from CRCA sheet as well as SS sheets as per customers’ requirements. The instruments normally used are: pressure gauges, temperature gauges, digital pressure gauges, electronic speed indicators, temperature indicators, pressure switches, differential pressure switches, etc., depending on the application. Instrumentation items are procured from the best indigenous available sources or as per customer’s recommendations. These panels are completely “tubed” and “wired” up to bulkhead connectors’ plate and terminal connectors. The customer has to connect incoming field connections to commission the panel at site. Special door switch, internal illumination, front-fascia illumination for the panel is provided wherever required. These panels are finished with sand blasting followed by epoxy painting. In certain cases, powder coating is also done in required shade. The company has capabilities to design, fabricate and develop any type of control panels.
