Materials of construction: main body – forged brass; bonnet – powder coated aluminium; other vital parts – extruded brass; diaphragm – neoprene/SS; washer – neoprene/Teflon; pin – SS 304; `O’ rings – rubber/Teflon; spring – spring steel as per IS-4454; calibrated inner tube – polycarbonate; outer tube – polycarbonate; needle valve knob – bakelite; and float – SS 304. Exclusive features: built-in spare seat valve facilitates instant replacement specially when working in remote area; and direct yoking of diaphragm and seat valve for minimising maintenance cost.
