Control Systems for Steam Boilers

L M Industries manufactures highly reliable and low cost Control Systems for IBR and non-IBR steam boilers under the brand of “Autoserve”. The products manufactured for IBR boilers are level control system (Mobrey controls). This is a float-less system that incorporates no moving parts like float, float rod and magnetic switches, which tend to fail due to continuous temperature, corrosion and scale formation. The housing is made as per the latest IBR standards. The same is available in side-by-side flanges with different centre distances such as 216, 300 and 400 mm, and pressure rating up to 45 kg/cm². The IBR test certificate in Form IIIC is available. The company manufactures boiler blow down system, which automatically controls the TDS in the boiler by controlling the boiler blow down. As exact TDS is maintained in the boiler it saves water, energy and chemicals, which are wasted by excessive blow down. It also extends the life of the boiler and increases the boiler efficiency, which is reduced by scale formation due to higher TDS. The boiler blow down system is available for low pressure, medium pressure, high pressure and very high-pressure steam boilers. It is supplied complete with sample rack and electrically actuated blow down valve. Flameproof control panel and valve are also available for hazardous area. Level control system is available for small non-IBR steam boiler. The system is so designed that it can be installed without any changes in the existing steam boiler. It requires no maintenance and work efficiently in the harsh working condition.
