Condot Systems offers CB Controllers OPC/RPC, flexible controllers for many industries like mailing, graphics, coding and marking. HSAJET CB is based upon HP TIJ 2.5 technology, which offers consistent, high quality, fast printing. Expand the print height: each CB board is PCI based and can control up to 2" of print height. For additiona l print height more CBs can be installed providing up to 8" print height from one controller. The CB is available as a board for integration, but HSA Systems also offers 2 versions of pre-configured windows based controllers. The OPC in either 2" or 4" print height version and the RPC in 6" or 8" print height version. Advanced features: with a CB based solutions users have full freedom in head offset as well as a high accuracy in X and Y stitching. Each CB has encoder, sensor and serial connection. Ethernet communication is made through the PC's LAN. HSAJET Software: CB solutions are controlled from one of the company’s software especially designed for coding and marking, mailing or pharmaceutical applications. The intuitive software has all necessary features including database connection. Remote control: if required the printers can be controlled remotely via our comprehensive communication protocol. Up to 8 output signals for external equipment is controlled precisely from software. Powerful solution: a variety of print-heads are available for both side as well as down-print applications. The combination of hardware and software provides a powerful printing solution for integrations as well as turnkey applications. Print at breakthrough speeds of up to 306 m/min in 300 x 150 dpi: bitmaps, counter, numbers, date and time, fixed text, barcodes, multiple fonts, real-time printing, database connection of txt, dbf, xls.
