Hexmoto Controls is engaged in the field of design and development of AC variable frequency drives, solar inverters, DC power supplies, customised motor control solutions and embedded solutions for industrial automation. The range of products includes: custom built Indverter for blow moulding machines; Indverter V2-Series; Indverter AC drives used for speed control of AC motors yields in reduced power cost in several applications; solar inverter to drive agricultural pumps and home lighting; and DC power supplies up to 100 kW with proven short circuit protection and stiff voltage regulation. The company being alliance member of Freescale Semiconductors provides complete embedded solutions. The products in motor control applications are: indigenously designed AC drives to withstand Indian power conditions for motor controller with – space vector modulation technique; DC bus ripple cancellations; low total harmonic distortion (THD); short circuit protection and various fault monitoring; custom designed human machine interface (HMI); and user friendly programmable features.
