Odin India, in collaboration with Jordan Inc, USA, offers rotary actuators. These consist of AC or DC servo motors with self-contained permanently lubricated gear trains. These electro-mechanical devices precisely contro final elements such as variable speed drives, hydraulic and pneumatic pressure and flow devices, pumps and machinery. Precision feedback signal generation along with compact electronic servo amplifiers provide accurate, reliable, closed loop motion control. Accurate and reliable servo control is achieved by manufactures of web handling equipments. Automatic closed loop tension control on galvanised steel line is accomplished with motorised pressure regulator controlling air brake. Both increased production and improved line performance is achieved with dependable actuator control. Accurate small adjustments are made based on a profile analysis to improve product quality and reduce machine set-up time.
