LM Guide Actuators
The KR Series of actuators has been extended with the addition of super compact miniature actuators. The LM guide of linear motion and the driving ball screw are integrated so as to respond to demands for space saving, high rigidity and high accuracy. Side locating faces are added on the inner block for more convenient applications. These actuators are available in high positioning accuracy of 0.003 micron and maximum travelling speed of 280 mm/sec.
