Warner Tollo of Sweden introduces Electrak E 150 actuators that are easy to install, require no maintenance, are light weight with quite operation and low cost. The stroke length range is from 100 mm to 400 mm in steps of 50 mm. There is limit switch option and potentiometer option. The plastic cover is designed to be recyclable. The actuator has a breather tube in the wiring harness to allow it to operate without drawing water through the seals on the cover tube. The colours moulded into plastic eliminate the need for paint and touch up of scratches. The anodised aluminium cover tube is corrosion resistant and also hides scratches. The extension tube is stainless steel and the front and rear adaptors are zinc die castings for corrosion resistance. All of the thrust is resolved through metal parts with plastic parts providing environmental protection but carrying no load. The linear speed range is from 12.7 mm/sec to 50.8 mm/sec. All the actuators are suitable for 25% duty cycle. The motor voltage is 12 V/24 V/36 V DC. The operating temperature range is from -30?C to +65?C. There is an internal thermal reset for the motor. The application areas are sprayer control, belt tensioning, automatic door opening and closing, medical examination chairs/tables/beds, equipment for the disabled, etc.
