Force Tube Linear Actuators

Exlar Corporation offers FT Series force tube linear actuators. They provide high speed and thrust capabilities and are suitable replacements for hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders. Stroke lengths from 6"to 8 feet, and continuous force ratings exceeding 20,000 lbs, allow the FT Series to be applied in most linear motion applications. The actuators incorporate a roller screw mechanism to convert the rotary motion of the driving motor to linear motion.
