Pneumatic Nailers

Pneumatic Nailers uses coil nails and is used for manufacturing wooden pallets and to close wooden crates in packaging. This increases the safety of transporting packed products. The coil nails are available in 2.3, 2.5 and 2.9 mm diameters, with lengths ranging from 32 to 90 mm. They are chemically treated with an anti rust coating. These tools can shoot 120 nails per minute. Different textures of nails (smooth/ring shank) are available for different wood densities. Advantages of using these products: quicker fastening solutions in wood working applications; easy and safe operation of tool; reduction of manual labour; close to zero wastages as the fasteners are in strips or coils; and in carton closing, staples discourage pilferage, ensuring safe and secure product delivery.
