R K Control Instruments Pvt. Ltd. offers Power Cylinder, which consists basically of a double acting cylinder, positioner & filter pressure regulator.
RK POWER CYLINDER has been designed to operate as an actuator in a pneumatic control system, to position the final control element in accordance with the controller signal (3 to 15 psi or 0.2 to 1.0 kg/cm2). Examples of final control element may include dampers, butterfly valves, furnace burner nozzles, ID & FD Fans, etc.
To operate dampers and Butterfly valves, used for control of ID and FD fans in boilers.
- Bore Sizes : 2" to 12"
- Stroke : Upto 20" standard. Higher sizes on request.
- Air Consumption : 1.0 SCFM
- Control Pressure Connection : 1/4" NPT (F)
- Minimum working pressure : 150 Psig
- Maximum working Temperature :800C
