Pneumatic Rotary Actuators

Bhagwan Associates offers a range of pneumatic actuators in double acting and single acting spring return design. The actuator operates through 900 angle to actuate any quarter turn device like ball valves, plug valves, butterfly valves, dampers, louvers, positioning equipment, automatic or remote control gear changing, furnace doors, ducting flaps, opening and closing of automatic doors. Its barrel is of extruded aluminium alloy, hardened and heat treated, further finished with deep anodizing process to form a protective layer to resist atmospheric corrosion. Pinion is of precision heat treated steel. Seals are made of high grade synthetic material. Lubrication is by high temperature resistant grease.
