Pneumatic Rotary Actuators

Bhagwan Associates offers a range of pneumatic actuators in double and single acting spring return designs. They operate through 90? angle to actuate any quarter-turn device like ball valves, plug valves, butterfly valves, dampers, louvers, positioning equipment, automatic or remote control gear changing, furnace doors, ducting flaps, opening and closing of automatic doors. Their robust construction consists of barrel in extruded aluminium alloy, hardened and heat treated, further finished with deep anodizing process to form a protective layer to resist atmospheric corrosion. Pinion is precision and heat treated steel. Seals are of high grade synthetic material. High temperature resistant grease is used for lubrication.
