The actuators (pneumatic cylinders) are offered with bore ranging from compact to large size, in standard, rotary, rod less and other designs. High strength aluminium alloy tube of the cylinder provides corrosion-free sealing surface and has excellent abrasion resistance. Recess at the piston-mating surface allows the air to work on a larger effective piston area for faster breakaway. Bushing provides maximum load bearing support. Piston seal is a carboxilated nitrile with Teflon compound for `no lube added service'. High strength steel (100,000 PSI minimum yield) provides maximum life to bushings and seals. Floating cushion design gives fastest stroke reversal. Port design allows increased flow rate.
