Crystal automation pvt ltd manufactures pneumatic transfer system in vacuum and pressure types with reverse pulsejet-cleaning arrangement. This compact pneumatic conveyor system efficiently conveys spectrum of products in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, plastic and other process industries. The system is built based on teflon membrane filter technology with a complete line of ultra compact receivers which can handle, virtually any material down to 0.5 microns size without product loss. Conveying capacity is between 300 and 2000 kgs/hr. The system delivers a high throughput in relation to the compact size of the unit and also complies with cgmp/fda validation requirements. These are available as system with flap type discharge valve and system with rotary valve.
