Pneumatic Press Mechatronics System

Christiani Sharpline’s Pneumatic Press Mechatronics System Module is a versatile entry level module to learn the aspects of Mechatronics Technology. It teaches students the following learnings: work planning and technical communication; construction of electric controls; PLC Programming; commissioning of mechanic and electric systems; trouble shooting; and automatising of the entire working sequence The pneumatic press comes in a disassembled from wherein the student has to undergo the complete course to learn the above technologies and comes with documentation for both the Student and Trainer with the complete didactical approach of learning with a action based concept. The advantage gained by the student and trainer with the help of this training module is a systematic approach to the training concept in the German way of learning for technical vocational training. The entire press assembly can be controlled with a PLC unit with a minimum requirement of 6 DI and 8 DO with the supply voltage of the functional assembly being 24 VDC. The pneumatic system operates with 4 mm air connection and an operating pressure at 4 bar.
