PNEUMATIC CYLINDERS

Multilinks offer Pneumatic Cylinders manufactured by Electropneumatics. The products are made of high quality seamless tubes and give a long service life without much maintenance. Every cylinder undergoes rigorous inspection and 100% testing before dispatch. The range of these cylinders is from 10 to 350 mm bore size, and stroke lengths of up to 3500 mm. These are rated for continuous operation for air pressure up to 150 PSI (10 kg/cm2) and maximum temperature of 70°C. Available in a variety of mountings, these cylinders find applications in various industries such as plastic, textile, packaging, machine tools, pharmaceuticals, steel mills and general engineering. Features: seamless hard drawn pipe honed and hard chrome plated internally to 60 RC gives long life for piston seals; piston rod is ground, micro-finished and hard chrome plated for lasting seal life and anti-corrosion; synthetic rubber seals with an extra long and rigid inner lip provides an anti twist grip on the piston; a comparatively shorter outer lip provides minimum friction while the extra wide angled sealing edge resists edge-breaking; special grease pocket filled with grease acts as a built-in reservoir of lubricant; cast iron heavy-duty end covers oxidised for rust prevention; specially designed floating cushions give a smooth cushioning effect without the use of ball checks; cushion wear by air impurities is reduced by floating effect; and extra long rod bearing especially for long stroke cylinders.
