Miniature Air Cylinders

Janatics offers a wide range of miniature air cylinders conforming to ISO 6431/CETOP RP43P standards. These are double acting cylinders provided with elastomer cushioning pads at both ends. They are available in bore sizes of 12, 16, 20, and 25 mm dia and in standard strokes of 10, 25, 50, 80, 100, 125, 200 mm normally from stock. Longer stroke cylinders are also available on request. Various cylinder mountings like Foot, Front/Rear range, Male clevis, Female clevis and Centre trunnion. Variety of accessories like clevis foot bracket, trunnion bracket, wall mounting bracket, Fort, rod aligner and rod eye are available and they provide the user a wide choice of mounting styles. The cylinders are designed for low friction and provide reliable, trouble-free long life. These cylinders are compact and fully sealed type requiring less spares and absolutely no maintenance. These are suitable wherever load requirements are low, ie, in the range of 2 kgf to 30 kgf.
