Large Bore Cylinder

Schrader Duncan, one of India’s pioneers in the field of pneumatics and a leading manufacturer of pneumatic products, offers a wide range of heavy-duty large bore pneumatic cylinders that can meet demanding applications in industries. Standard sizes are 5”, 6”, 8”, 10”, 12” and 14”. Cylinders larger than 14” bore can be offered on specific requirements. There is an extensive choice of mountings such as single trunnion, double trunnion, front trunnion, leg, centre trunnion, rear plate, hinge bracket and front plate mounting and accessories like piston rod clevis (fork) and rod eye end are also offered. Additional options like viton seals, leather bellows, SS piston rod, double ended, single acting or adjustable stroke constructions are also offered. The end covers are of cast iron, piston rod hard chrome plated steel (SS optional) and tube is of steel and hard chrome plated. Cylinders are available in cushioned or non-cushioned features depending upon the application. Specially designed custom built cylinders, reciprocating cylinders, air motors, cylinders with limit switches, etc., can be manufactured to meet customers specific requirement.
