ISO/VDMA Cylinder

Schrader Duncan Ltd offers a complete range ISO/VDMA Cylinders from 32 mm to 200 mm bore dia. VDMA series are tie-rodless cylinders and they derive their sleek looks by virtue of using square aluminium profile barrel (up to 100 mm bore size). These Schrader make cylinders meet VDMA 254562 and ISO 6431 standards specifications. The square aluminium tubes are robust, hard anodised and are super-finished for smooth piston movement. Piston rods are of stainless steel to prevent rusting. Polyurethane rod seals are used for their excellent wear resistance properties. The cylinders have adjustable cushioning arrangement for the end user to suit their application. The complete series is available in tie-rod design for the customers looking for cost advantage. Complete range of mountings is available. Reed switches can be inserted at any position without dismantling the cylinder, and they sit flush with barrel in VDMA series.
