These provide trouble free performance for years together, and are covered under 18 months warranty and free after sales service thereafter. Refrigerated air dryers are manufactured with latest fin and tube heat exchanger to achieve excellent performance even in instance of high ambient and high inlet air temperature. Highly efficient and compact, the fin and tube heat exchanger is able to operate effectively in ambient temperature up to 45°C and inlet air temperature of 50°C ensuring pressure drop less than 0.2%. Concept heatless desiccant air dryer, Model Optra-e is specially designed for minimum purge loss with optimum performance, auto and manual purge economizer setting in which the controller decide % purge loss based on operating pressure. The company also offers a complete range of high efficiency oil coalescing and dust filters. These feature pleated elements for increased face area and lower pressure drop. The energy saving is significant, since the pressure drop through pleated filters is typically half that of competitive “wrap” design filters. Also available are Fine, Ultra fine and Super fine filters in aluminium housing with borosilicate element in sizes from ½ inch to 1½ inch with differential pressure gauge and auto drain.
