CNG Cascade Cylinders

Eurotech Cylinders offers CNG Cascade Cylinder. The Cascade, freestanding type with high-pressure seamless gas cylinders for CNG gas service, is suitable for a filling pressure of 250 kg/cm2 as 15C. Imported high-pressure cylinders are assembled inside a sturdy frame in three independent banks, low bank, medium bank and high bank. The cylinders assembled keeping a minimum gap of 30 mm between them. The frame have in lifting eye to facilitate lifting with the crane as well as forklift with full weight of cylinder filled with gas, and have suitable tie down clamps at the base. The Cascade is painted with a special paint to withstand environmental corrosion. The manifolding is suitable for three line sequential filling through the dispenser. All fittings and valves are of SS 316 rated for the working pressure. Each bank has a liquid filled pressure gauge 0-400 kg/cm2 assembled in a manifold block. All tubings are SS 316 conforming to ASTMA 269 suitable to absorb contraction, expansion and vibration.
