BELLOWS FOR GUIDEWAY PROTECTION

Twinexx Engineering manufactures Bellows. It is used for guideway protection. These are used universally to protect guideways of machining equipment, measuring equipment and industrial robots, machining centres and heavy duty machines from dust, dirt, chips, coolants, cutting oils, fluids and stray sparks. Additionally it also protect operators from accidental contact with moving parts; and conceal wiring harnesses and other elements thus enhancing the aesthetics of the machine they are used on. These bellows are economical, noiseless, light in weight and ensure optimum protection of the guideways, balls screws or the element to be protected. They are designed for smooth operation, with quick assembly and disassembly features and consume very low power of the machine. These are mounted easily and are removable easily providing quick access for maintenance.
