Siemag Industries manufactures Air Cylinders, ISO 6431/ VDMA 24562. It offers high performance, lightweight construction. The heads and caps are precision machined from pressure die-cast aluminium and powder coated for corrosion resistance. The lightweight hard anodised aluminium barrel is micro-finished to provide millions of trouble free cycles. The piston rods are machined from EN8 (D) centreless ground and hard chrome plated for long seal life. The PU rod seal and wiper keep pressure in and contamination out. The nylon wear band on the piston and PU piston seals eliminate metal to metal contact and increases cylinder life. The "check seal cushion" combines the sealing capabilities of lip-seal for efficient capture of air for effective cushioning with check-valve action for quick stroke reversal, there-by ensuring increased productivity and maximum performance.
