Even for milling with complete grooves, this powerhouse provides a safe and precise clamping of the tools. Due to the vibration dampening, machining can be done more smoothly. With its excellent vibration damping and the precise run-out accuracy of less than 0.003 mm at 2.5 x D the precision mounting prevents the spindle and the cutting edge from damage. The price-attractive hydraulic expansion toolholder is perfect for rough machining, finish machining, drilling and reaming, making it a multi-purpose toolholder. Users who have previously used Weldon- or heat shrinking holders can now breathe a sigh of relief: In roughing operations, tool costs of up to 40% can be saved if a TENDO-E compact is used. Tools can be changed quickly with an Allen key, making this powerful hydraulic expansion toolholder an excellent alternative for small and medium-sized companies. Shortly, 12 versions with the most important clamping diameters for the interfaces HSK-A63, SK40 and BT40 will be available. Via intermediate sleeves the complete clamping range can be covered.
