Test Couplings & Hoses

HTM Hydraulics offers a range of Test Couplings and Hoses from Spradow, GmbH, Germany. Test couplings and hoses are commonly called as Minimess couplings/hose or pressure test points. These test couplings are used for the monitoring and control of pressures as well as the ventilation. These couplings are standardised by the adaptation threads like M16 x 1.5, M16 x 2.0, and S12 x 12; and are available with various standard threads on the other end with BSP, NPT, Metric or UNF, to the required sizes. The pressure capability is 630 bar with 3-fold security. These couplings are manufactured from carbon steel or stainless Steel. Seals will be capable up to 200?C (NBR/FKM). Hoses are made by polyamide material with fibre reinforcement. These products are specially developed for hydraulic oils and mineral oil based fluids. The advantages of this system are, among other, connection at system pressure level, the easy connection to measurement control and switching devices, the leak proof connection and the integrated vibration security of the metal cap. These couplings and hoses can be used in hydraulic test rigs, power packs and any hydraulic equipment – industrial, mobile and construction related.
