The Sunrise ironworker series consist of two major categories, the single cylinder models and the double cylinder models. The four single cylinder models, each with unique features and benefits, come in capacity ranging from 45 tonnes to 60 tonnes. The double cylinder models come in either 310 mm or 510 mm throat depth, ranging from 60 tonnes to 165 tonnes of capacity. Except IW-45M, each ironworker comes with 5 workstations, including punching, angle shearing, flat plate shearing, round/square bar shearing, and notching. Each workstation is equipped with guards to ensure safe operation. Many optional tooling are available to extend the functions of the ironworkers. The company also custom manufactures tooling for special applications. The punching machine series comes in 310 mm, 510 mm, or 760 mm throat depth, ranging from 35 tonnes to 200 tonnes of capacity. Optional tooling such as pipe notcher, press brake, angle shear, bar shear, and channel shear turns the punching machine into a multi-purpose machine.
