These are heavy-duty cylinders, tie rod and welded construction with proven reputation for long service life, designed and crafted with in-house technical expertise and engineering infrastructure like CNC lathes and VMC machines since 1980. The cylinder movement is concentric, smooth and perpendicular to the mountings. These cylinders are available in a wide range of bore, rod and mounting styles. Other options like cushioning, port size, piston types, sealing material and sealing profile allows each cylinder to be customised to meet precise demand of the application. Module Engineering Company was established in the year 1979 by highly qualified and well experienced persons to manufacture hydraulic cylinders and power packs. The company has all basic infrastructure required for any manufacturing unit. Products manufactured are: hydraulic cylinders; hydraulic power packs and post forming machines (for manufacturing wooden furniture). Hydraulic cylinders are manufactured for low pressure as well as high pressure application. Manufacturing range includes bore up to 300 mm, rod dia up to 280 mm, stroke as per requirement and pressure up to 300 bar. Cushioning and mountings are provided as per customer's requirements.
