Power Pack

The Power Pack is custom designed, keeping in view system requirements as well as space availability. Attention is paid to remote or direct operated systems and above all, the indigenous availability of system elements. It is preferred to adapt the system rather than attempt a makeshift for a certain circuit element. The use of specially designed mounting blocks for valves is the company’s speciality. Their locations are so arranged as to reduce the piping and the number of bends, thereby making maintenance easier. The selection of pipefittings is based on pipe sizes, configuration and pressure requirements. For large diameter pipes, welded flare fittings are preferred to facilitate precision alignments. Special care is taken in reservoir design. Baffles are placed to break the return line turbulence and prevent airflow to the pump. Drainage and easy cleaning facilities are provided. The level indicator is leak proof and the breather neck is welded on the top.
