Mitesh Associates offers hydraulic metal workers for punching in all type of fabricating material. This versatile machine comes in five models with capacities up to 125 tonne, with output as high as 30 strokes per minute. The machine is dispatched ready to use - it is completely wired, piped and filled with hydraulic fluid. A low center of gravity saves the trouble of special foundation or mounting bolts. Advantages: the smooth quiet hydraulic punch has infinitely variable stroke with full tonnage delivered at any height; tooling is inexpensive, easily available standard punches and dies; a reduced pressure hydraulic job control simplifies accurate positioning; the shearing section accommodates bars, round plates and tees; knives for flat shearing are extra long and the angle shearing area handles a wide range of angle sizes and tees; no matter where the operator stands, the foot pedals are always in easy reach; the copper will square cope or V-notch without changing tools - just turn the work 45 deg for V-notching; and an electric foot control frees both operator's hands for fast stock handling, with a proper guard provided for his protection.
