Manifold Blocks

Manifold Blocks are made using high thermal conductivity material. The block sizes are calculated according to the centre distance of the number of cavities required. Thermal expansion and tubular heater wattage is calculated by the processing temperature of the specific polymers material. The spacers and insulation sheet all over the surface ensure minimal heat losses and prevent thermal influence on surrounding sectors.
