Iron Worker, Hydraulic

Supermech introduces a hydraulic universal multi-job iron worker. This machine is useful for steel fabricators, body builders, wagon builders, tower makers and shipbuilders. It is a multipurpose 5-station machine to shear 100 x 100 mm angles, 100 mm channels, 32 mm dia round and square bars, 350 mm long x 10 mm thick plates, and to punch 25 mm dia holes in 10 mm thick plates. Vee and square notches can be done on angles, channels and plates. Brandnamed as Paradise, the machine is well engineered of robust design and built for long working life. All the components are made of alloy steel, duly hardened and ground. All toolings are made from best quality die steel and are easily changeable. The hydraulic system is activated by shielded flexible foot control. Accurate power inching and limit switches are provided for tool setting and stroke control. The machine is very compact and bears an 18-month warranty for all manufacturing defects.
