Hydro-Bag - Hydraulic Cushion for Stone Cutting

Somani Industries offers Hydro-Bag – a dilatation hydraulic cushion for stone cutting operations that consists of two sheets of high tensile steel coupled with the most modern techniques that expands under the pressure of water, permitting a maximum dilatation of 6 inches to 10 inches. This may be easily inserted into the wire saw cut. Insert the hydro water bag into the wire saw cut and pump the water through heavy pressure pump, so that rock mass may be removed or fall. Hydro-Bag cushions are manufactured in 5 standard formats, i.e., 100 x 50 cm, 100 x 100 cm, 150 x 150 cm, 100 x 125 cm, and 100 x 150 cm. Saving: elimination of the time necessary for the preparation of the slots of the blocks of stone are obtained with their sections intact, without the deriving from the above mentioned slots; total elimination of explosive, partial or total elimination of hydraulic jacks; less noise and dust deriving from the presence of hammer pneumatic; respect for the local environment; increased safety for the operators; and no maintenance.
