Hydraulic Rotary Cylinders

These high speed hydraulic cylinders with or without through bores are used for actuating power chucks/collect chucks on any machine. The compact design of the cylinders makes for low mass and moment of inertia. Hardened and ground steel components give long working life under normal operating conditions. Cylinders are supplied with check valves (optional), which helps to retain pressure in the event of a hydraulic failure such as (power failure, pipe burst, sudden drop in oil supply). Cylinders are equipped with catchers to collect oil running through the machine spindle and return it to the reservoir. Maximum speed and pressure figures must be observed. The hydraulic supply must have a 10-micron filter, which must be checked regularly and changed periodically. Special features: the design of cylinder is such that the distributor shaft rotates on special bearing with controlled oil lubrication. The special bearing facilitates the cylinder to be started at very high speed.
