Hydraulic Products

The Hydraulic Products include presses, moulding machines and die-casting machines. There are several industrial applications where hydraulics has a definite edge over conventional power transmission modes. The following are a few examples: Pipe Coating Plants - the variable-speed tire conveyors typically used in this process are powered with hydraulic drives; Spiral Welded Pipe Mill Installations - includes de-coiler and straightening mill, trimming presses, spiral forming and guided welding mechanism, loading/ unloading devices and finally the 2,500 T hydro-testers; Industrial Mixers - where mixing is desired at multiple speeds. Hydraulics is capable of transmitting full power at multiple/variable speeds; and Winding/Unwinding Drives - Textile and yarn processing machinery demands winding/unwinding process at "Constant Tension and Speed". This can be achieved with special hydraulic circuits in a very cost effective manner. Standard products: hydraulic/hydro-pneumatic cylinders and presses; and re-bar cutting-bending machines for construction sites.
