Jai Ashapura Hydraulics is engaged in manufacturing hydraulic elements required especially for non-ferrous extrusion plants. The company offers a range of Hydraulic Power Packs. This includes standard and custom made hydraulic power pack units with tank capacity from 10 to 1000 litres and up to 500 bar working pressure for industrial and machine tools equipment. The company offers a range of hydraulic cylinders, presses and other machinery, manufactured in-house. It also had dealership of various hydraulic parts like pumps and valves manufactured by Excel Pumps, Ahmedabad; and gear and vane pumps from Yuken, Vickers, Rexroth and Dowty, etc. Besides, it also manufactures special purpose machines (SPMs), viz., hydraulic goods lift, industrial lifts, passenger lifts; all types of conveyers; billet drilling machines; all types bailing presses for cotton, non-ferrous, polyester nylon yarn plastics and paper; and all type of cutting punching and banding machines, etc.
