Jasmer Machine Tools offers Hydraulic Milling Machine, UM-1.5. The base has a heavy rigid casting, which also serves as coolant tank. It provides a suitable platform for robust operation. The column is also rigidly built. The heavy knee is made as a box and rests on a vertical column equipped with thrust bearings and protected from dirt and chips by telescopic covers. The moveable parts inside are protected from foreign matter and coolant, the knee being closed at the upper end. The entire hand wheel is relatable. The automatic feeds in all three directions are limited by means of an adjustable feed trip dogs. The worktable has 3 T-slots and is provided with coolant channels. The working pressure of the table lead screw is taken up through pressure thrust bearings. The drive is through an electric motor flange mounted at the rear of the machine. Clutch levers are placed within reach on both sides of the column. The driving shaft and spindle shaft is bedded in roller and ball bearings respectively. Standard equipment: electric motors, electric coolant pump with fitting, electric panel and one inch diameter, arbour; extra equipment: swivel base, machine vice, rotary table 300 mm and 400 mm with indexing plate ISO 40 adaptor, collets, jigs and fixtures.
