Hydraulic Cylinders

Sudarshan Fluidtech manufactures Hydraulic Cylinders. This is available in standard and custom-built versions. This is used for the various industrial segments - machine tool industry, die casting, plastic and rubber processing industry, material handling, mobile equipment, construction machinery, steel plants, power plants, agriculture machinery presses, and shearing machines. The standard cylinders are available in three design series - tie rod, welded, and compact construction. All the series conform to international standards. Features: bore ranges from 25 mm to 320 mm; strokes up to 4000 mm; maximum working pressure up to 400 kg/cm2; low-friction advanced sealing system with wide working-temperature range from -30°C to 100°C; seals used - Busak Shamban; induction hardened and hard-chrome plated piston rods for dent and corrosion resistance and long seal life; and tubes micro-honed for optimum surface finish of 0.4 Ra or better. The other product ranges include: hydraulic power packs, flow control valves, flexible drive couplings, and single-station pressure gauge isolators.
