The Hydraulic Cylinder is available in three types viz., tie rod, heavy duty & custom built. The company has its in-house manufacturing and testing facilities such as honing, grinding, super-finishing etc., ensuring maintaining of high quality in standards and timely delivery of products. All hydraulic cylinder components are thoroughly inspected, checked on latest state of art CAD work stations to ensure 100% reliability & tested to 150% of the working pressure for 50 full stroke cycles on a specially designed cylinder test bench before sending it for delivery to customers. The company also offers hydraulic equipments such as hydraulic test rigs, hydraulic hoists, hydraulic trainers, honing machines, hydraulic winches / capstans, loading arms, hydraulic lifts, presses, hydraulic jacking systems for tanks, hydraulic platforms, pressure boosting systems, etc.
Steel plants, cement mills, offshore/marine structures, defence equipments, dams, machine tools, mobile, earthmoving equipment, etc.
Tie rod cylinders: 70 H & 140 H series (70 & 140 bar); Heavy Duty cylinders: 16 Mpa & 25 Mpa series (160 & 250 bar) with mounting dimensions conform to ISO 6020 & ISO 6022 norms; custom-built cylinders: confirm to customer?s drawings, (boring upto 900mm, strokes upto 12800 mm per stage & pressure upto 700 bar).
