Spalsons Products offers a Hydraulic Tracer, SPI5660. This is a single axis tracer for lathes. Features: in-built lubrication system for tracing slide at operations control; hardened tool post with quick change tool holder; pre-determined finish cut from 0-2 mm; efficient hydraulic pump provided to ensure maintenance free power source; and master holding devices with two axis adjustment. Technical specifications: stroke of tracing slide - 60 mm; minimum centre height from top of cross slide in mm; tool inverted - turning - 85, boring - 90; tool upward - turning - 105, boring - 110; max dia of round master - 90 mm; max dial of round rail in 1000 mm; hydraulic working pressure - 14 kg/cm²; pump output in lt/min - 7; power pack - 1 HP; theoretical trust in 190 kg; and recommended tool shank - 20 x 20 mm. Optional accessories: flat meter holding device - (A) single axis (B) compound axis; six position turret stop for multiple passes in one setup; forward and reverse movement of slide and finish cut, electricity operated by directional control valves with push button.
