Pump Engineering Co Pvt Ltd manufactures hydraulic testing machine that is ideal for hydraulic testing of pressure vessels, gas cylinders, boilers, valves, pipes and tubes, casting, rubber hoses or any parts subjected to hydraulic pressure. This machine is totally enclosed with drive mechanism, heavy-duty precision gearbox, self-oiling system, quick active relief valve and as well as large air chamber. The crankcase is made of close grain cast iron body with top inspection cover, which makes the entire crank mechanism easily accessible for maintenance, inspection and spares replacement. The gearing unit has heavy-duty hob cut gears with eccentric, running on EN-8 shaft and built in reduction gear drive with MS pinion and shaft. The drive shaft is supported by ball bearings. Gears splashing up oil from sump maintain splash lubrication. Hardened and ground plunger is resistant to corrosion. Heavy duty MS body with GM working parts is specially designed for high-pressure working. The passage allows branching and merging of suction and discharge flows with minimum losses. SS or GM valves, valve seats and springs are practically free from corrosion and can withstand millions of operations without fatigue. The cylinder is MS fabricated for heavy-duty service. Synthetic rubber seals provided result in leak proof and long working life.
