Hydraulic Slide Units For Special Purpose M/C Manufacturers

Chrysler Machine Tools offers a wide range of hydraulic slide units with strokes of 200, 300, 400, 500 mm for special purpose machine manufacturers. All important parts of the units are hardened and ground. Slides and slide base are made of Grade-25 FG260 cast iron free from blow holes and porocities and tested for chemical composition. Slide bases are coated with Turcite ? coating for wear resistance. Its slide is fitted with feed cylinders with PTFE seals for fine feed. Slides with ball screw arrangement can also be manufactured for very fine feed application. Special slides can be manufactured as per customers, specifications and drawings.
