Hydraulic Push Pointing Machine

Hydraulic Push Pointing Machine has advanced 3 to 5 die pointing solution. The machine also comes along with automated tube handling system for loading and unloading the tube. Push pointing machine is used in both the ferrous and non-ferrous industries to accommodate tube reduced, welded, seamless and previously drawn tubes. All pointing operations are cold process. A variety of tube push pointing designs is offered, with pushing capacities ranging from 5 MT to 100MT, to accommodate tube sizes from 12mm to 130mm O.D. and wall thickness ranging up to 12mm maximum. The units are provided with either a linear or rotary indexing mechanism or an “In Line” design to present 3 to 5 dies in succession to suit the pointing requirements.
