Hydraulic Pressure Intensifier

Mercury Fluid Power System offers a low pressure side double-acting Hydraulic Pressure Intensifier. The hydraulic pressure intensifier converts a hydraulic pressure on the primary side (input) into a higher pressure on the secondary side (output). The principle of pressurising areas of different sizes, single acting and double acting hydraulic elements can be operated by means of the hydraulic intensifier for clamping the low pressure range the oil flows to the clamping fixture by means of a bypass-valve. The hydraulic intensifier will only the activated, if the adjusted opening pressure will be exceeded at the integrated sequence valve. The opening pressure should be 80-90 % of the max low pressure. During un-clamping of the hydraulic clamping fixture the return flow of the oil moves the piston into its basic position and their by opens the check valve at the piston and the oil returns into the tank. Hydraulic pressure intensifier and hydraulic cylinders will be operated by the two 3/2 direction control valve without any additional control. The retrofittable pressure switch serves for pressure control as machine tool interlock in the high pressure range.
