Hydropower Engineering Systems offers Hydraulic Presses up to 500-tonne capacity in 4-pillar type, H-frame type and 50-tonne in C-frame construction. The company manufactures blanking press, metal forming press, forging press, deep drawing press, baling press for metal scrap, FRP presses in multiple daylights and platen sizes are being produced. Tilting gravity die casting press up to 150 tonne and platen size 1500 x 1500 mm with complete electrical and instrumentation are being manufactured. The presses are designed and manufactured to meet customer product requirements. The company also offers complete electrical and PLC controlled presses. The company is engaged in the design and manufacturing of test facilities, test rigs, material handling equipment such as hydraulic and pneumatically operated lift platforms, conveyors, belt loaders and hydraulic power packs and cylinders. The activity also includes design and manufacture of de-coiling machines, press feeders, hydraulic presses, stainless steel power packs, servo hydraulic systems, servo actuators. Besides, the company also undertakes specialised design and development work, reconditioning and servicing of hydraulic oriented machinery and systems, erection and commission, consultancy and manufacturing of special purpose machines.
