Hydraulic Power Cylinder

Ace Automation Engineers manufactures heavy duty, medium pressure double and single acting power cylinders for operation on hydraulic oil and water glycol. The cylinder's sturdy construction and time tested design makes it particularly suitable for heavy duty industrial application where long life and a high degree of reliability are required. Features include: micro-honed (0.4 micron Ra surface finish) seamless steel cylinder tubes (material ASTMA-106 Gr B), superfinished and hard chrome plated (20 microns on radii) high tensile steel piston rods and oil resistant high quality, self adjusting seals. This ensures long and troublefree service. Standard cylinders are available in twelve bore sizes from 25 mm to 375 mm, strokes up to 2000 mm, complete with eight types of mounting styles and three types of piston rod adapters. These cylinders are available in two standard designs suitable for maximum working pressure of 160 kgF/sq cm and 250 kgF/sq cm. Working temperature range is 10?C to 100?C. The company also manufactures through-rod cylinder, tandem cylinder and special cylinder with bore size up to 500 mm, stroke up to 5 metres, pressure 450 kgF/sq cm temperature range of -40?C to 200?C, and peak piston velocities of up to 10 m/sec. Cylinders are made from imported pre-honed/pre-burnished seamless steel tubes (material ST52.3) and seals by Shamban + Busak Germany, ECONOMOS - Austria and DLI - England are also manufactured. Adjustable cushioning can also be provided at both ends to reduce impact on completion of stroke. The complete range of products includes hydraulic power packs, oil filtration units, centralised lubrication units, pneumatic cylinders, electropneumatic and hydraulic control panels, and reciprocating air motors.
