Hydraulic ironworker - model: PIW-550

Faridabad-based Paradise Engg Products manufactures hydraulic ironworker - model: PIW-550, which is of single slide cylinder type. The machine performs multi-functions and its maintenance cost is low. It is used as: i) Shearing for U-beam, flat bar, round bar, square bar, angles and sectional steel ii) Cropper-notcher iii) Puncher iv) Bender The punching pressure of the machine is 55 tonnes and its punching throat depth is 210 mm. The flat bar shear and angle shear are 350 mm x 10 mm (14"x 3/8") and 100 x 100 x 10 (4"x 4"x 3/8"), respectively. Electric power of the device is 7.5 HP 3 phase. The standard equipment are: angle shearing, square bar and round bar shearing, punching: equipped with 1 set round hole punching tool and die with 16 mm diameter, flat bar shearing, rectangular notcher, back gauge device, scrap boxes for punching and notching stations. The optional equipment available for more versatile operations are: different round hole punching tools and dies from 8 mm-25 mm diameter, steel pipe notching attachment: max diameter 60 mm, triangular notching attachment (90 deg V-notching), bending attachment: 65 mm length, set of channel cutting blades.
