Record Machineries manufactures Hycut guillotine ( Model Hycut 80) by rugged design and sturdiness, reliability and precision of cut. In this "one push one cut" system, each cut needs a fresh push in the cutting button and also both hands engaged for the safety of the operator. It has a specially designed simple and effective infrared light barrier for automatic instant stop. The gearbox drive is sealed oil bath having worm and worm helical gears, which ensures soundless performance. Roller thrust control bearings consumes less power and little maintenance except oil changing once a year. Hydraulic clamps with fully adjustable variable pressure from 500 to 3500 kg with pressure control knob to suit different stocks, are used. The unit is in one leak proof container with easy access. Powerful electromagnetic clutch with brake for movement of the knife ensures high cutting power and instant stop for safety. New type of spindle and self adjusting double nut system for power operated back gauge. Movement is precisely guided on ball bearings with manual micro adjustment. All control switches are operated by 24 V only. Each motor has separate over load control.
