Hydraulic Cylinders

Ace Automation Engineers offers Hydraulic Cylinders. These are manufactured to ISO 6020/6022 standards and also to customers" specifications. These include long stroke cylinders for material handling in tunnel furnaces, machine tool applications, broaching machines, presses, die casting machines, core pulling cylinders for aluminium die casting applications, paper mills, cold and hot steel rolling mills, etc. Cylinders manufactured are tie rod design, mobile design, flanged construction, press cylinder and custom made. A number of mounting styles are available for each type of cylinder. Honed/skived and roller burnished seamless cylinder tubes are used. Piston rods are made from hard chrome plated and ground steel bars. Seals are of Busak + Shamban - Germany, Halite - UK and Merkel - UK. Specifications: bore - 25 to 500 mm (1" to 20"); stroke - up to 5000 mm (200"); working pressure - 500 kgf/sq.cm (7200 PSI); piston speeds - up to 15 m/sec (50 feet/sec); temperature - 205°C (400°F); fluids - hydraulic oils, water-glycol; standard bore size - 25 to 200 mm (1" to 8"); maximum pressure - 250 kgf/sq.cm (3670 PSI); and types of cylinders - double acting, single acting, through rod, tandem.
