Hydraulic Cylinders

Industrial Electromechanics (Indelmech) offers a wide range of Hydraulic Cylinders. These are available in range 40 to 300 mm bore up to 250 bar pressure. These cylinders are available in Single Acting/Double Acting versions, and in different mounting styles as required. Features: seamless steel tube inside diameter honed and chrome plated; alloy steel rod toughened ground and chrome plated; carbon steel cylinder head seals as per the pressure and performance requirement; piston made of cast iron grade IS 210 Gr. 25/carbon steel; inlet and outlet ports are provided with BSP threading; and bronze filled guide rings (optional). Technical data: maximum pressure – 250 bar; testing pressure – 1.5 x maximum working pressure; pressure fluid – hydraulic fluid, grade ISO 32, ISO 46, ISO 68; pressure fluid-temperature range - -30 to +80°C; and viscosity range – 2.8 to 500 mm²/s. Lead times for custom-designed products are shortened by CAD system, which uses the latest design and system dynamics software. This speeds parts selection and design documentation. Complicated designs can also be evaluated in advance of the prototype stage. These tools also enable adherence to the highest engineering practices, resulting in superior designs. The company can also offer special rod materials (higher strength and/or hardness), special rod surface treatment for corrosive/hostile environments, special paints with salt spray resistance, special wipers and scrapers for difficult rod applications, special seal packs for high temperature, low-temperature, low noise, and high hydraulic shock applications, cylinders for use with special hydraulic fluids or in special environments.
